HealthPlus Wins The 2017 Nigeria Customer Service Awards For 'Best in Pharmaceutical Category (2)

Nigeria Customer service AwHealthPlus Pharmacy has emerged the winner in excellent service delivery in the Pharmaceutical Category during the 5th edition of the Nigerian Customer Service Awards (NCSA).

The nomination and selection processes were carried out through the following criteria: customer’s feedback, online polls, independent survey and mystery shopping services.

Their aim has been to ensure the availability and affordability of quality healthcare for all, especially those at the bottom of the pyramid and have partnered with various corporate organizations and Non-Governmental Organization (NGOs) to support public health institution with infrastructure and human resource development.

To commemorate its well documented and laudable strides within the health sector, ADCEM Pharmaceuticals, held a symposium focused on Social Enterprise in the Health Sector. The symposium aimed at elevating awareness among individuals in the health and non-health sectors on public health challenges, particularly as it affects those at the bottom of the pyramid.

The Patient Centered Care Programme

The Patient Centered Care (PCC) programme is a dynamic three-part series designed

to build the capacity of frontline medical professionals, who desire to be change

agents in healthcare.

 

Participants can expect to learn context specific, practical frameworks and concepts

of patient centred care, including, but not limited to, shared decision-making,

effective communication, empathetic care delivery and how to respond proactively

to rapidly changing healthcare landscape.
